The Committee have  pleasure in introducing a new speaker for this tasting.   Chris Bowling, of  The Georgian Wine Society, comes via Laurie’s website and this event sounds as though it is going to be both entertaining and intriguingly new to us.   Who, for instance, knew that Georgia is believed to be “the source of the world’s first cultivated grapevines”?  Come along and find out more entertaining facts, learn about their interesting grape varieties and sample wines offering “flavours that are a little bit different”!
The tasting starts at 8 p.m. as usual at Hundith Hill Hotel.
